Job Descriptions● Responsible for Customer Application Verification,
Software Activation, Account Creation and Menu sync
activities on daily basis for POS services , to help
customer can start using POS service fast, smooth and
best experience
● Work together with team and Freelance member to meet
target SLA, achieve maximum productivity and Zero
error
● Manage and execute operations according to established
systems or processes, ensuring smooth implementation in
accordance with service level agreements (SLA).
● Identify and summarize the root cause of any issues
that might occur, find solution and escalate to team
leader if required.
● Measure and summarize performance of responsible tasks
in numerical terms, providing insights for team leaders
to identify areas for improvement.
● Provide Team and individual performance information to
Managers, Assistant Manager and Members in weekly
basis.
● Design and improve SOP/Process for Activation
activities related workstream to maintaining an
operational excellences through nationwide POS users
● Analyze and leverage the data and create the effective
weekly and monthly report that be able to identify key
success or fail factor with result driven. provide the
data-driven solution or option
● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Incubation and
Supply-chain team to develop long-term solution
building up POS Customer best experience and
operational performances
● Perform other duties and special assignments as
required.
