Job Descriptions

- Control new model tasks, mold repair, and improve the production process. - Control all project schedules of the engineering department. - System improvement and working method to create for increase efficiency for mold and productivity system. - Coordinate with maker or customer for problem-solving jobs and create a design concept. - Control and monitor budget. - Control and Monitoring Manpower and Performance Perform any other related duties as Manager may require

Qualifications

Age 30-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Polymer & Rubber Technology, Mechanical, Tool & Die design or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and at least 3 years in Management Level
Have experience in mold design, project management, and improvement process line will be plus.
Good communication, presentation skills, negotiation, well under pressure, create design.
Good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/IATF16949, ISO14001, Core Tools or any relate field.
Good command of spoken and written English
