Job Descriptions
- Optimizing the recruitment related policies, recruitment system and procedures.
- Monitoring recruitment plan and controlling recruitment progression, make sure the timely and effectively.
- Determine the appropriate manpower planning and meet the company’s goals.
- Maintain a fine work environment including company regulations, compliance, legal protection internal and external audit
- Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experienced in HRM function on Supervisor level
- Must have experience using payroll system software
- Able to communication in English
- Strong leadership, strategic, decision making and coaching skills
- Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
