Job Descriptions
1.As a QC leader Organizing and managing all quality activities including existing production projects and new projects, 2.Managing a quality team to follow up the product’s quality control, quality reports analysis, solving quality problems to have continues improvement on the products, 3.Reviewing and analyzing all quality aspects including design control and product verification 4.Develop, establish and maintain Management system for compliance with ISO9001:2015 requirements and continually improved 5.Work together with each department to establish and update system documents 6.Monitoring the suppliers’ performance and production standard, 7.Carry out routine checking and audits as according to the planned programmed, 8.Responsible for customer enquiries, visit, auditing, complaints and do quick feedback with 8D report 9.The 3rd party audit and customer audit follow 10.Report to the Quality Manager (China) 11.Work 6 days per week 12.Annual Leave
Qualifications
  1. Man/Femel 40 years up.Bachelor degree or above
  2. At least 5 years quality experience in manufacturing industry, household appliances, automobile industry working background preferred
  3. Knowledge,ability of implementation of advanced quality methodologies and control, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, sampling plan, with 6 sigma Green,black belt is preferred
  4. ISO9001:2015 internal certificate, IATF16949:2016 internal certificate is preferred
  5. Both fluent written & oral English and Chinese
  6. Skills in office (PPT, Word, Excel)
  7. Excellent coordination skill and teamwork spirit
  8. Knowledge and understanding of the quality system machine in quality control
  9. Managing a quality team to follow up the product’s quality control, quality reports analysis, solving quality problems to have continues improvement on the products.
  10. Develop, establish and maintain Management system for compliance with ISO9001:2015 requirements and continually improvement.
  11. Monitoring the suppliers’ performance and production standard.
  12. Responsible for customer enquiries, visit, auditing, complaints and do quick feedback with 8D report.
