Job Descriptions
1.As a QC leader Organizing and managing all quality activities including existing production projects and new projects,
2.Managing a quality team to follow up the product’s quality control, quality reports analysis, solving quality problems to have continues improvement on the products,
3.Reviewing and analyzing all quality aspects including design control and product verification
4.Develop, establish and maintain Management system for compliance with ISO9001:2015 requirements and continually improved
5.Work together with each department to establish and update system documents
6.Monitoring the suppliers’ performance and production standard,
7.Carry out routine checking and audits as according to the planned programmed,
8.Responsible for customer enquiries, visit, auditing, complaints and do quick feedback with 8D report
9.The 3rd party audit and customer audit follow
**Work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing (household appliances or automotive industry is a plus)
- Strong command of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and sampling techniques
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus
- Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016 preferred
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
