- Created resumes for candidates according to their profiles and worked experiences.
- Negotiate terms and issues upon job and offers with potential candidates and client's contact
- Discuss with clients about their job qualifications
- Achieving monthly sales targets by driving sales and KPI activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Male or Female
- Experience for 1-2 years.
- Fair command in English
- Understand business processes with systematic thinking and have valid logics
- Can work with team or under pressure
- Good personality, Basic negotiation skills , Effective communication skills
