Job Descriptions
-Responsible for MASON brand including Brand building, Brand image, Internal branding, CSR & sustainability in all communication channels.
-Develop Marketing & PR Plan and responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management a range of on-line & off-line Marketing Communication & PR strategies
-Responsible for Marketing Communication & PR performance.
-Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategy and plan to achieve business?s target performance.
-Responsible for all marketing & PR activities to ensure overall positioning of the resort, brand communication & PR align with the plan as well as to support sales activity and to ensure all activities are well perform and follow the timeline and meet company goals.
-Lead, coach and manage Marketing & PR team to deliver efficiency Marketing Communication & PR performance and meet company?s objective.
Qualifications
- Male / Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years- experience of working in a marketing role for the hospitality industry.
- Experience of working with media and design agencies.
- Qualifications or courses relating to creative, descriptive or effective writing.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and under pressure.
- Good command in English language both of written and spoken
- Open-minded and flexible with a can- do attitude.
- Strong communication, service and leadership skills.
- Must be outgoing and enjoy working with people.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Photo shop and others)
