What’s the overall purpose of the job?
-Drive, deliver and exceed pre-determined membership sales targets. especially corporate clients
-Acknowledge and provide support to all potential members, current members and guests.
-Promote and arrange the appropriate program based on individual member requirements.
-Support Sales Manager to drive and manage the relationship consultants' team in club to reach monthly, quarterly, and annually club sales budget
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 months experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in delivering impeccable customer service and responding to feedback and complaints
- Excellent communication (in- person)
- Ability to work to KPI's and achieve and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of health and fitness industry desirable
