1. Quality Control Manager is responsible for supervising staff and maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results and giving feedback and guidance to the production team under the direct supervision. Must insure and assist in determining if materials, product, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications. Ensure the staff follows the set processes and adheres to best production practices and product quality standards.
2. Managing the quality management system to meet the company's quality policies and objectives.
3. Work according to Monami and ISO 9001 requirement
4.Quality system training and specification to subordinator
5.Manage and control subordinate to follow of work rule & Process that related the Quality Standard.
6.Manage and control the quality process of Incoming /In-process/Injection/Outgoing that related the quality standard / HQ Standard.
7.Audit the quality of production process and make sure that process an accordance with the quality standard/ HQ Standard and recommend the method to improvement.
8.Oversees the collection and production sample to evaluate quality.
9.Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples.
10.Perform the quality inspection process of new part samples and record the data.
11. Check dimensions and surface quality of random batches of finished products to enaure they meet all company quality standards.
12.Inspect all product returns, analyze the defect, and document the findings.
13.Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required HQ or customer specifications.
14.Carries out ongoing lab and field sampling. Auditing visual, dimensional, and mechanical tests of materials and processes.
15.Investigate and correct customer / HQ issues and complaints relating to quality.
16.Monitoring performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
