Job Descriptions

1. Customer forecast and purchase order handling. 2. Control order on hand and prepare shipping confirmation. 3. Order key in syspro system included item master creation and input order to excel & P.O. hard. 4. Monitoring remain and pending order and report status. 5. Provide the transportation channel and summary cost of delivery. 6. Contact customer for support customer requirement. 7. Knowledge ISO9001 : 2015 requirement. 8. Summary total sales amount and forecast.

Qualifications

Male or Female, Age 30 years old up
Bachelor degree in any field.
At least 3 year ups experience in Sales or Supply chain
Can be operation in computer system.
Good personality and relationship and service mind.
Language: need to speak English or Japanese
Preference: working experience at machinery business like Tractor, automobile, Tire, wheel and off-road machine
