Job Descriptions
1) Coordinate with all concern to support customer requirement and request.
2) Coordinate and handling corrective and preventive action item of customer complaint and internal issue.
3) Responsible to quality assurance activities in the factory
4) Responsible for quality assurance activities meet Process Management Plan
5) Responsible for quality issue, verification and team's leader finding problem and fix the issue
6) Responsible to audit process and cross action for process related
7) Responsible to review and correcting the process up to date
8) Responsible to maintain standard of quality to achieve company’s quality goal
9) Responsible to ensure Environmental compliance activity is carried out to need per customer requirement and legal requirement relevant.
10) Support job assignment from superiors
1) ประสานงานกับทุกหัวข้อหรือประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรองรับความต้องการและคำขอของลูกค้า
2) ประสานงานและจัดการ ดำเนินการแก้ไข และป้องกันข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าในเรื่องต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับงานด้านคุณภาพ
3) รับผิดชอบในเรื่องงานคุณภาพในโรงงาน
4) รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับเรื่องงานด้านคุณภาพ ตามขั้นตอน ตามแผนของกระบวนการและการจัดการ
5) รับผิดชอบปัญหาคุณภาพ ตรวจสอบ และหัวหน้าทีมค้นหาปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหา
6) รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการตรวจสอบ และดำเนินการสำหรับกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7) รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขกระบวนการให้ทันสมัย
8) รับผิดชอบในการรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพของบริษัท
9) หน้าที่หรือกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อตอบรับตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
10) งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายงานจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or relate field.
- Minimum 1 years’ work experiences.
- Male/ Female
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D report, Statistical Process Control, QC 7 tools, Quality Inspection, Measurement Equipment
- Service mind, Good attitude, positive thinking, with the ability to work as a team.
- Advance skill in Microsoft Office, Outlook and excel, Mini tab program
- Knowledge and able to practice in other standards, such as, ISO9001, ISO14001,
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English language and/or Chinese is preferring
