Job Descriptions
**Able to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
1. Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and requests.
2. Handle corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal quality issues.
3. Lead and monitor quality assurance activities within the factory.
4. Ensure all QA activities align with the Process Management Plan.
5. Identify, verify, and resolve quality issues, leading the team in root cause analysis and resolution.
6. Conduct process audits and implement cross-functional actions for improvement.
7. Regularly review and update quality-related processes to keep them current.
8. Maintain high standards of quality to achieve company goals.
9. Ensure environmental compliance activities meet customer and legal requirements.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or relate field
- Minimum 3 years’ work experiences
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D report, Statistical Process Control, QC 7 tools, Quality Inspection, Measurement Equipment
- Service mind, Good attitude, positive thinking, with the ability to work as a team
- Advance skill in Microsoft Office, Outlook and excel, Mini tab program.
- Knowledge and able to practice in other standards, such as, ISO9001, ISO14001,
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English language and/or Chinese is preferring
