PROPOSE/BASIC FUNCTIONS วัตถุประสงค์และพื้นฐานงาน
Indicate primary purpose of position and those major factors that distinguish this position from others.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to operate Tool room machines like Surface Grinding, Lathe, Drilling, Milling etc. Tooling spare part preparation
Turning, milling, drilling, welding workpieces according to the specified model
Analyzing the symptoms of tool failure
Checking the workpiece model from the drawing. Maintaining the mold according to the PM cycle Maintaining the mold, analyzing the defective work from the mold
Able to use CNC, Milling, EDM, Grinding
- กลึง กัด เจาะ เชื่อม ชิ้นงานตามแบบที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์อาการเสียของเครื่องมือ
- ตรวจสอบแบบขึ้นชิ้นงานจาก drawing
_ ดูแลแม่พิมพ์ตามรอบPM
_ซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ วิเคราะห์งานเสียจากแม่พิมพ์
_ สามารถใช้งาน CNC,Milling,EDM,Grinding
Qualifications
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ เครื่องปั๊ม Jigs, fixtures และการบำรุงรักษา
- สามารถใช้เครื่อง กลึง มิลลิ่ง เจียรไน และเครืองมือช่างพื้นฐานอื่นๆ
- สามารถเขียนและอ่านแบบได้
- สามารถทำงานภายไต้ความกดดันและทำงานเป็นกะได้
- Able to use CNC, Milling, EDM, Grinding
- สามารถใช้งาน CNC,Milling,EDM,Grinding
- Able to operate basic tool room machines like grinding, milling & lathe etc
- สามารถใช้เครื่อง กลึง มิลลิ่ง เจียรไน และเครืองมือช่างพื้นฐานอื่นๆ
- Able to read and write engineering drawings
- สามารถเขียนและอ่านแบบได้
- Able to work under pressure in rotating shifts
- สามารถทำงานภายไต้ความกดดันและทำงานเป็นกะได้
- กลึง กัด เจาะ เชื่อม ชิ้นงานตามแบบที่กำหนด
