Job Descriptions
- รับสายโทรศัพท์ลูกค้า
- ตอบอีเมล์ ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
*** ทำงานเป็นกะ ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุด 2 วัน ไม่ตรงกับเสาร์ - อาทิตย์
- เวลาทำงาน 08 : 30 - 20:00 น.
Qualifications
- อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
- ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอขายและสื่อสาร โน้มน้าวใจ เจรจาต่อรอง
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Call Center หรือ lock phone จะพิจารณาเป็นเศษ
