รายละเอียดงาน:
- Implement and assure the enforcement of Company’s human resource related policies, procedures and best practices
- Manage and monitor daily HR operations consistently with the company overall HR objectives, policies, procedures and best practices that comply with relevant Act.
- Coordinate and supervising the HR team to ensure daily smooth operation, meeting the timeline and compliance in all aspects
- Handling of manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance evaluation, training and development, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues
- Handling of employees welfare and benefits operation, formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes
- Other HR related roles assigned by superior as and when required
