Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: HR consulting or other types of business consulting / HR operations (e.g., HR Manager, HRBP) / Organizational development / Training, facilitation, or development of learning content
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
Detailed oriented, proactive and capable of managing priorities effectively.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Strong skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation
Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Experience working or studying abroad is an advantage
Open to international business travel as required
