Job Descriptions
1.บันทึกบัญชีตามเอกสารที่ได้รับจากลูกค้า 2.จัดเตรียมเอกสารและยื่นภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, VAT รวมถึงภาษีเงินได้และภาษีอื่นๆ 3.จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับยื่นประกันสังคม 4.ประสานงาน ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำกับลูกค้าในด้านต่างๆ 5.ช่วยลูกค้าในการจัดทำ Bank Reconcile, บัญชีสินทรัพย์ รวมถึงเอกสาร/รายงานอื่นๆ ที่ต้องใช้ในการปิดบัญชี 6.เป็นผู้ช่วยในการปิดงบการเงิน และ จัดการงานด้านบัญชีอื่นๆ 7.จัดเตรียมเอกสารและติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดำเนินการจดทะเบียนต่างๆ เช่น กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กรมสรรพากร ประกันสังคม etc. 8.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ชาย หรือ หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ด้านบัญชี
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ไม่เกิน 3 ปี สำหรับพนักงานบัญชี และ 3 ปีขึ้นไปสำหรับพนักงานบัญชีอาวุโส
  4. สามารถใช้ MS-OFFICE โดยเฉพาะ MS-EXCEL และ Google Suites ได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในงานด้านเอกสารและตัวเลข
  6. สามารถส่งมอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายภายในเวลาที่กำหนดได้
  7. พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อยู่เสมอ มีทัศนคติที่เปิดรับกับวิธีการทำงานแบบใหม่ๆ และ พร้อมที่จะเติบโตไปพร้อมกับองค์กร
  8. เดินทางไปปฎิบัติงานที่ออฟฟิศของลูกค้าได้
