Job Descriptions- Provide information under guideline by HRBP to employee, business leader and line manager on HR policy & process
- Coordinates, and administers a variety of program and activities covering multiple HR activities
- Employee movement administration
- Coordinate with Recruitment interview appointment & document and provide candidate short-listed to Business
- Proceed job offer to the right candidate
- Proceed staff exit tasks
- Support job requisition documents for replacement and new head count
- Provide basic advices on HR policies and procedures to the employees and escalate the issues to the right channels as necessary
- Update organizational chart and job description
- Filing HR related document
- Support all HR items related to functional team
