Job Descriptions
- จัดทำเอกสารเปิดใบขอซื้อ (PR) ส่งต่อให้ฝ่ายจัดซื้อของบริษัท - ทำเอกสารขอผลิตชิ้นงานเข้าสู่โรงงาน - ส่งอนุมัติ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ Shop แบบ ต่างๆ ให้กับทาง QWNER หรือ เจ้าของงาน - เข้าร่วมประชุมกับทางหน้างาน - งานธุรการทั่วไปในโครงการก่อสร้าง - ดุแลเรื่องการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุ-อุปกรณ์ และจัดทำ Stock Report - ประสานภายในแต่ละแผนก ติดตามเอกสาร ตรวจทานข้อมูลเอกสาร นำรายงานแก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา - ประสานงานภายนอก - ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า / ติดตามนัดหมาย - จัดทำเอกสารโครงการ พิมพ์งาน เข้าในระบบ - บันทึกรับวัสดุ ค่าแรง เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร เข้าในระบบ - งานธุรการบัญชีทำเอกสารพวกค่าใช้จ่ายเงินสด หน้างาน ค่าแรงผู้รับเหมา
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 27-40 ปี
  2. มีวุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.-ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ประสานงานเป็นทีม
  4. มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความรู้และสามารถใช้งาน โปรแกรม Microsoft Word และ Excel ได้
  6. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์จากหน้างานจริง อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  7. สามารถปฎิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
  8. สามารถประจำออฟฟิศหน้าไซต์งานได้
  9. สามารถเดินทางได้สะดวก
