Job Descriptions
MAJOR TASKS:
1. QC for Packaging Materials: Responsible for testing, checking, and system transactions (release, hold, reject) of packaging materials, ensuring GMP compliance.
2. Documentation Update: Prepare and update work instructions for packaging material testing and control practices.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sample Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers for test samples.
2. Specification & Report Management: Prepare/revise material specifications and inspection reports.
3. Material Inspection: Inspect incoming, re-inspect warehouse, and review returned packaging materials.
4. Artwork & Consumable Checks: Verify printed artwork and non-inventory consumables.
5. Stock & Compliance: Monitor expired stock, establish checking methods, and update material status in the system.
6. Data & Reporting: Collect data, analyze trends, and report to superiors.
7. Documentation & Storage: Organize and file testing reports with samples.
8. Warehouse Audit: Weekly inspection of warehouse material storage for GMP compliance, reporting quality impacts.
9. Work Instruction & Compliance: Update work instructions for controlled practices.
10. Adherence & Improvement: Follow GLP, GMP, PICs, ISO9001, safety practices, and perform other quality control tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Science (Packaging Technology)
- With at least 0-3 years work experience in packaging technology
