Job Descriptions

- Responsible for daily work of warehouse (shipping,receiving,issuing and stocking). - Responsible for periodically stock counting,and ensure the stock is consistent with the system account (SAP). - Coordinate with sales department, responsible for arranging day delivery according to sales plan from WMS system. - Responsible for feedback anomaly problem during delivery. - Coordinate with the production department to produce products for export. - Coordinate with any concerned internal parties to ensure that the operation run smoothly. - Responsible for regular documents filing, prepare Logistic document, make label for export. - Organize monthly inventory count work. - Based on actual inventory receipt and delivery data changes, issue daily reports and statistics on finished goods shipments. - Responsible for warehouse team (finished goods) management. - Daily routine inspection of the warehouse. - Other job assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred
Fluent in Chinese and basic proficiency in English
Good at computer skill Excel, microsoft word
Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Able to work 6 days/week
