Job Descriptions
- Oversee the company’s compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant government authorities such as the OIC and SEC.
- Ensure company operations align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, letters, and notices.
- Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance to various business units to support internal compliance and operational integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a legal or related field.
- Lawyer’s license is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and logical approach to tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
