Job Descriptions
1. Managing the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates and assisting with interviews
2. Coordinate with insurance company and other companies to support employee related to compensation and benefit
3. Managing and maintaining all HR Database including attendance record and vacation record.
4. Preparing payroll data and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
5. Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
6. Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
7. Perform other duties as assign by HR Manager
Qualifications
- Male or Female.
- Age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related field.
- Experience in office administration and Human Resources for at least 1-2 years.
- Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations governing Human Resources
- Good command in Microsoft Office
