- Conduct and cooperate with the concerned departments to achieve the quality target through the quality improvement team activity.
- Assure the product quality in each station such as Receiving, IQA, MRB, Rescreen, Rework to comply with the standard and customer requirement.
- Keep control, follow up, record and report the quality performance then solve the problems with the concerned as a team.
- Consist QA manager developing quality system procedure.
- Support customer audit, Virtual tour, External audit and internal audit.
- Response the quality complaint, to do the corrective action, to follow up and maintain the action.
- Maintain the 5S system requirements.

TRAINER (Technical Training)
- Plan training schedule for trainers.
- Supervise trainers in term of technical training as well.
- Follow up training & evaluation result.
- Follow up the training program and progress within the target in term of efficiency and quality.
- Provide Training material and facilities according to schedule.
- Monitor all trainers to record training result in right format.
- Update and monitoring training database.
- Conduct/establish monthly audit program.
- Prepare Training KPIs report and action if any.
- Create/ update training manual and test.
- Represent for internal and external audit.

DCC
- Creating Deviation work flow on the Agile system for all customers.
- Publishing Document Change Orders (DCOs) on the Agile system, which includes plant procedures, work instructions, environment and safety documents, as well as inactive documents.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure document accuracy across all areas.
- Assisting in mapping process instructions on the 42Q system.
- Distributing Corporate QMS documents to relevant personnel.
- Ensure plant procedures compliance through a 2 year review.
