Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมความพร้อมการให้บริการประจำวันที่เคาน์เตอร์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นที่ล็อบบี้
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจัดประชุม การนัดหมาย และกิจกรรมประจำวัน ของหน่วยงานภายในอาคาร
- เช็คตารางห้องประชุมรับและให้คำแนะนำ ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร รวมถึงอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้มาติดต่อ
- รับแลกบัตร Visitor บันทึกข้อมูลของผู้ที่มาติดต่อผ่านระบบ Visitor Management
- รับ-โอนสายโทรศัพท์ พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อ
- ดูแลความสะอาดเรียบร้อยของทรัพย์สินบริเวณ Lobby ให้อยู่ในสภาพดี
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการบริการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
