Job Descriptions

Job Description: Supervise the Engineer and Technician at luxurious housing estate. Set up and control the operating schedule for equipment and machinery. Prepare a maintenance plan and carry out the preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery. Prepare the budget for electricity, machinery, and utilities expenses. Supervise the system in the common areas. Record and prepare report and energy consumption and energy conversation to ensure compliance with the Energy Conservation Law, for submission to the Ministry of Energy Department of Alternative Energy Development and Electricity, in cooperation with the housing estate. Be responsible for the system manuals, documents concerning engineering works and any other documents related to the housing estate systems. Any other assigned works, if any.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Power engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Preventive & Maintenance in luxurious housing estate, office or residential building.
Knowledge in drawing or reading electrical design.
Service mind and Solving Problem.
Computer literate, Microsoft Office or other programs.
Good command of written and spoken English
Engineering license is required.
Fair command of written and spoken English
Obtained associated Engineering license is required.
