Job Descriptions
- Recruitment planning and making HR branding strategies. - Responsible for recruiting and hiring for all position levels in Bangkok and other provinces, including salary offering, orientation, and employee contracts. - Propose solutions in order to provide more working convenient for the operation department and vendors. - Hold yearly bidding for hiring new vendors. - Audit monthly Labor cost reports and control the time attendance system for sub-contract workers. - Do salary surveys and provide good consult of HR basic labor law for employees.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  2. Having 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Supplier Management or Manpower planning management
  3. Be able to communicate Chinese-Thai HSK5+
  4. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and flexibility.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  6. Supporttive, Open-minded, and Service mind.
  7. Love learning the other department works and good adaptable.
