Job Descriptions
1. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. 2. line-staff (operator recruitment according to demand. including salary offering, orientation, and employee contracts. 3. officer positions recruitment according to demand.,(CS QC finance ……position ). 4.Management and develop outsourced workers vendors ,Such as Security Supply 、Temporary Worker Supply. 5. Follow up recruitment progress and assist in recruitment； 6. Management recruitment system； 7.Update recruitment data information 8.Hold yearly bidding for hiring new vendors. 9.Other tasks as assignedfor the operation department and vendors.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  2. Having 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Supplier Management or Manpower planning management
  3. Have strong problem solving ability and innovation ability and can accept short-term business trips.
  4. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and flexibility.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  6. Supporttive, Open-minded, and Service mind.
  7. Love learning the other department works and good adaptable.
