Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบในการทำจ่ายเงินตามเวลาที่กำหนด ให้กับลูกค้าและคู่ค้ากลุ่มธุรกิจองค์กร
2.จัดทำเอกสารการตั้งหนี้ และ บันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบบัญชีของบริษัทฯจัดทำเอกสารการตั้งหนี้ในประเทศ ต่างประเทศ และ บันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบบัญชีของบริษัทฯ
3.ปิดรอบบัญชีของทุกเดือน ต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ในระบบ (Account Reconciliation) กับบัญชีคุม (General Ledger) เพื่อปรับปรุงรายการ ทำหน้าที่ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารจ่ายเงิน ตัวอย่างเช่น Withholding Tax เป็นต้น ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Excel / โปรแกรมWin Speed
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ ไหวพริบดี สามารถทำงานในสภาวะเร่งด่วนหรือกดดันได้
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร และประสานงานที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำ ภงด.3, ภงด.53, ภงด.54, ภพ.30, ภพ.36
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
