Job Descriptions
-Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. -Maintain, operate all Air condition, Air compressor, and Vacuum systems. -Maintain, operate all associated equipment, electrical equipment, Air compressor systems, building management system, and building repairs. -Perform facility inspections and report on the condition affecting operations. -Monitor and supervise Air condition preventive Maintenance contracts. -Respond to an emergency case. -Prepare and submit summary reports for facility work and recommend actions to be taken. -Comply with all safety procedures and requirements. -Support activity for production line relocation for the facility promptly. -Comply with environmental, occupational health, safety and security policies and procedures as specified by the Company
Qualifications
  1. High Vocational in Electrical or relate.
  2. Knowledge in air condition systems.
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude.
  4. Strong Electrical and wiring aptitude.
  5. At least 3-5 years experienced for Facility maintenance.
  6. Problem solving and idea initiative for work improvement.
  7. Experience in manufacturing
