Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and timekeeping data.
- Handle employee benefits and welfare programs (SSO, health insurance, etc.).
- Assist in HR policy implementation and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of all HR-related documents
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure office facilities are properly maintained and functional.
- Liaise with government agencies (Labour Office, SSO, Revenue Dept, Immigration Office ,etc.).
- Prepare reports, memos, and company forms when required.
- Assist with legal compliance (e.g., work permits, visa renewals, company registrations).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters.
- English language skills (basic to intermediate) is a plus.
