Job Descriptions
Overview: To manage and deliver projects that meets the requirements of on time - on budget - in desired quality, in the most productive and cost-efficient way. In this role, the Project Manager actively cooperates both internally as well as with the company customers. Responsibilities: •Responsible for accurate project scoping and creation of estimates, quotations, and sales orders in collaboration with production, vendors and Management as required. •Responsible for clear, timely and concise communication and a thorough understanding of client/stakeholder requirements, management of client/stakeholderexpectations and specification of required deliverables. •To ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, schedule/deadlines, margins, risk, and quality. •To ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability. This includes invoicing on time and support on collection as requested. •File and Delivery quality Management: control management, file tracking, hand-offs, hand-backs and revisions •Provide regular updates of Project Tracking sheet and reports to management as required.
Qualifications
  1. Self-motivated and Proactive.
  2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  3. Good English communication skills in writing, speaking and listening.
  4. Good organizational, coordination, and project planning skills.
  5. 3+ years of work experience
  6. Bachelor Degree in computer science, business, economics or other related fields.
