Job Descriptions
- ให้ข้อมูลบริการรวมทั้งคำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และช่องทางออนไลน์
- ทำรายการรับจองเงินให้ลูกค้าและบันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบ
- บันทึกข้อมูลที่ให้บริการลูกค้าในระบบภายในของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center อย่างน้อย 6 เดือนขึ้นไป หรือสายงานบริการประชาสัมพันธ์
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง, พูด, อ่าน, เขียน)
- สามารถใช้ Computer ได้ (MS Office)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ และสามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้
