Job Objectives: To assist Product Supervisor monitor & follow up of Product development include corresponding TnA, coordinate product development technical problems and cost calculation details with customers and technical team. Maintain effective daily work flow. Main Responsibilities: 1.Clarify with customer on Tech Pack or development queries 2.Provide clear information & work close with material sourcing team to search new materials or nominated materials as per customer's requirement 3.Prepare sample yardage requisition and monitor sample yardage stock level 4.Collect materials price, spec and all details for costing 5.Create & compliance Standard TnA based on customer timeline 6.PLM Operation from create to update : Project properties, Color Code requisition, WBS, all sample stage BOM, Material Sourcing , Sample Processing, Costing & Complete of development 7.Access & update Company and Customer system 8.Prepare Sample Forecast, follow up the progress of sample making status & ensure sample finished and delivery on time 9.Attend meetings : NSR, Comments & NSA 10.To prepare Internal or Customer documents such as BOM, Measurement Spec, Sample delivery notes, parcel arrangement 11.To prepare, update, file and maintain all relevant documents relating to Product development. 12.To record and file the samples in a proper manner and maintain the accessibility of the sample 13.To prepare the delivery of appropriate samples to the customers or other Departments 14.To arrange required testing by Internal or External Lab 15.To perform any other duties as directed by superiors.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business administration,communication, languages, computer science or operations is minimum requirement
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in apparel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English (Burmese and Chinese is a big plus)
Direct experience in working with multinational and cultural teams
Have practical experience and demonstrative leadership in leading teams of multi-cultural and nationality background
English Level 5 or above
