Job Descriptions
1. Manage and control all Import - Export shipments 2. Coordinate closely with shipping company to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery 3. Prepare the shipping document for customs clearance process 4. Responsible for price negotiation of transport / freight and services with service providers 5. Check logistic invoices, manage and control freight cost against budget and eliminate unnecessary spending. 6. Weekly report and present it to superior 7. Relationship with Customs officer in Free-Zone of Industrial Estate
Qualifications
  1. Male-Female
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred
  3. Minimum 1-2 year experience in import and export operations
  4. Excellent communication skills in verbal/written English
  5. Knowledgeable in INCOTERM, shipping process and documentations, customs clearance process
  6. Ability to comprehend and organize shipment processes
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  8. Good working attitude, good operational and communications skills, able to work under timing pressure
  9. Able to operate MS Windows, MS Words, MS Excel
