- ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาติดต่อบริษัท - ประสานงานฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง - บันทึกข้อมูลการเข้ามาติดต่อ - จัดเบิก และขายสินค้า - แนะนำวิธีการเบิกอุปกรณ์ - อนุมัติรายการเบิก - ขายสินค้า - จัดการแพ็คอุปกรณ์ และสินค้า - บันทึกรายการเบิก - สรุปรายการซื้อสินค้า - ดูแลเรื่องการเบิกอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน - บันทึกรายการเบิก - ทำStock - รับและนำส่งเอกสารให้แผนกต่าง ๆ * เวลาทำงาน : สัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน (9.00-18.00) ไม่ตรงวันอาทิตย์ สลับวันหยุดกันในทีม
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. อายุ 20 - 30 ปี
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office โดยเฉพาะ excel ได้
  5. สามารถรับแรงกดดัน และ จัดการกับอารมณ์ได้
  6. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  7. มีใจรักในงานบริการ และ มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
  8. มีความขยัน ซื้อสัตย์ อดทน เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว และ รับผิดชอบในหน้าที่
  9. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. บุคลิกภาพดี : บุคลิกภาพดี / สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง
