Job Descriptions
- ควบคุมดูแลงานหลังพิมพ์ เช่น งานไดคัท แกะชิ้นงาน ปะกาว แพคกิ้ง - บริหารจัดการและควบคุมการผลิตภายในให้สอดคลองกับแผนการผลิต - ควบคุมกระบวนการการผลิต และควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน - มอบหมายงานให้หัวหน้าเครื่องและพนักงานประจำเครื่องให้เหมาะสมกับงานทั้งด้านจำนวนและความสามารถ - ตรวจสอบ ควบคุมของเสีย วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหางานที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต - ปฏิบัติงานตาม WI / มาตรฐานการทำงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง - วางแผน วิเคราะห์ บริหารทรัพยากร บริหารต้นทุน พัฒนากระบวนการผลิตทั้งปริมาณและคุณภาพ เพิ่ม Productivity - เขียน ตรวจสอบ ควบคุมติดตามและรายงานผลการดำเนินการเรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NCR) - ควบคุมการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎความปลอดภัยและจุดเสี่ยงอันตรายในการทำงาน - บันทึก รายงานปัญหา แนวทางและผลการแก้ไขปัญหาให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปีบริบูรณ์
  2. ปริญาตรีเทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะแรงกดดันได้
  4. มีทักษะการเป็นหัวหน้างานและการติดต่อสื่อสาร มีทศนะคติเชิงบวก
  5. พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
  6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพิมพ์ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
