1. ธุรการขาย
หน้าที่ : คีย์ออเดอร์ ออกบิลขาย ประสานงานกับทางฝ่ายจัดส่ง
2. ธุรการบัญชี/จัดซื้อ
หน้าที่ : บันทึกบัญชี/วางบิล ตัดรับชำระหนี้, คีย์PO และจัดซื้อสินค้า
3. ธุรการผลิต
หน้าที่ : คีย์เอกสารมาตรฐาน ตรวจความถูกต้องการผลิต จัดทำงานเอกสาร
- ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสารได้อย่างถูกต้อง และจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ : 25 – 35 ปี
- วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาใดก็ได้
- ประสบการณ์ : 1-3 ปี ได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้ MS WORD, EXCEL ได้คล่อง (ใช้สูตร EXCEL เบื้องต้นได้)
- มีความคล่องแคล่ว รับผิดชอบ ละเอียด รอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
