Job Descriptions
1.Warmly welcome all customer in a professional . 2.Inquire and manage customer seating. Check the number of customers and their initial needs, and arrange seats appropriately according to the number and queue order. 3.Direct customer to the designated table, inform about the menu various and promotion. 4.Can communicate fluently in English or Japanese with foreign clients. 5.Assist clients with inquiries, appointment bookings and manage tables to accommodate customers or follow-ups. 6.Prepare welcome materials such as brochures, Menu for customer. 7.Coordinate with the waitstaff to inform them of new customers or reservations, and forward any special information the customer may need, such as a child/elderly seat. 8.Assist with travel customer travel arrangements if necessary,such as Taxi/grap. 9.Handle customer feedback or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. 10.Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable. 11.Thank you for customer and walk customer to customer's car. 12.Maintain a professional relationship with Valet Parking. 13.Support security for the best safety procedures and informing to manager when incidents occurs 14.Record customer visit information and update client databases accurately. 15.Work on other tasks as assigned by the superior and coordinate with other departments Restaurant Manager,waiter, waitress, Marketing, HR & Admin.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, age 20-35 years (Thai nationality).
  2. High school to bachelor's degree.
  3. Able to work 6 days per week /Shift Work (11:00 am.)
  4. Good command in English Language or Japanese Language .(Or both)
  5. Positive personality with excellent interpersonal.
  6. Non-smoker and No chronic illnesses.
  7. Good analytical, problem solving and ability to work well under pressure with service minded,control your emotions well.
  8. At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service.
  9. If you have experience in Japanese restaurants, this will be given special consideration.
  10. Able to multitask and remain clam in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong sense of responsibility, service-minded, and well-organized and have good interpersonal skills.
