Job Descriptions
Job Description: •Identify and pursue new sales leads within the food service industry, especially QSR, ICR and FSR segments. •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing food service clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and operational challenges, and providing tailored solutions. •Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our food products or services. •Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations that address the specific requirements and budgets of food service establishments. •Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets and maximize profitability. •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors in the food service sector, including new products, culinary trends, and emerging technologies. •Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Corporate chefs, and Customer services, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment. •Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows relevant to the food service industry to generate leads, expand the professional network, and promote our company's brand. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, food science or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the food service industry.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales processes and address the unique challenges of selling to food service establishments.
