Job Descriptions

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing coordination, salary proposal, onboarding, and employee orientation. Act as a liaison between the company and international suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Handle the procurement process: placing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and tracking shipments until arrival at the company. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and summarize key decisions and action items. Follow up on delegated tasks and projects with various departments as assigned by the Managing Director. Coordinate and support cross-functional activities and ad-hoc assignments as required. Other assignment

Qualifications

Female, aged between 30–40 years.
Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive a car when necessary.
Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proactive with the ability to initiate ideas and solutions independently.
Strong planning and time-management skills with a systematic work approach.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Quick-thinking, resourceful, and intellectually sharp.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Doc, Sheet, Silde, Form) and online collaboration tools.
