Job Descriptions
âĒ Support daily and administrative HR tasks.
âĒ Expenses registration with different currencies, i.e., JPY, USD, filing documents.
âĒ Manage budget and monthly forecast reports.
âĒ Input transactions in SAP program.
âĒ Other ad hoc as assigned by headquarter in Japan and manager.
*Additional information in-depth will be shared on the interview session.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant
- At least 2 yearsâ experience in HR & Admin, HR Assistant, Payroll, and other related
- Japanese skills at least JLPT N2 (MUST)
- English at least TOEIC 700 (MUST)
- Handle numbers, running monthly expenses report, payroll
- MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, pivot table)
- Ability to work under pressure
