Key Responsibilities:
- Present interior products and services to prospective clients, including homeowners, office owners, and condominium residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new customer leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the entire sales process—from initial inquiry to project completion and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales documents such as quotations, contracts, and other related paperwork.
- Proactively follow up and maintain engagement with new customers to drive repeat business.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Vocational Certificate or higher in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or related roles.
Strong presentation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience in real estate, construction, interior design, or furniture sales is a plus.
Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Professional appearance, high integrity, service-oriented, and responsible.
Experience in roles such as interpreter, airline, or hospitality industries will be considered an advantage.
Must be able to provide a security deposit of 20,000 THB or have a guarantor (government officer level C8+ or private employee with salary 50,000 THB+).
