Job Descriptions•Perform tasks according to the marketing plan and promotional activities, as well as service center operations as assigned, with a strong focus on creating marketing activities in both On-Ground and Online formats. Organize joint activities with the Sales department in a Collapsing format to stimulate widespread awareness of the activities.
•Participate in the planning of promotional activities, advertising, public relations, and the company’s marketing strategy.
•Coordinate various events with the Event Organizer team, liaise with Agency Production, as well as internal and external factories or design teams to ensure the production of actual deliverables and manage costs, or organize price comparisons.
•Collect, verify, and control the usage of materials and equipment within the marketing department.
•Present, create, or coordinate the creation of materials to support Branding and both On-Ground and Online Events.
•Oversee Service Campaigns and Activities according to the company’s plan from the project start to completion.
•Monitor market trends, developments, and situations to develop marketing strategies for the company’s products.
•Prepare documents, including purchase orders, expense reimbursement forms, internal and external memo records, and coordinate with relevant departments.
•Follow up on the results of organized activities, summarize outcomes, and present them to the supervisor.
