Position: Aftersales Service Manager
Location: Bangkok Branch, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday to Friday & Every other Sat (เสาร์ เว้น เสาร์), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Car Dealer - Premium Car
Subordinate: 100 (Sub teams: workshop (40-50), service, part, body&paint)
Job Description:
- Drive achievement of service revenue targets through effective team leadership and adherence to processes.
- Achieve key performance indicators and targets across service, workshop, and parts departments.
- Manage the service budget, reviewing monthly and flagging concerns to the management team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the Aftersales operations and increase vehicle throughput.
- Implement strategies to sustain and improve customer satisfaction while ensuring ongoing profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8 - 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Possess knowledge of fundamental automotive repair and servicing techniques.
- Experience in managing workshops; technical service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems.
