Job Descriptions
1. Design, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new product.
2. Evaluate and perform testing processes to confirm the designing validation and product capabilities (Willing to study fundamental of QC, LAB, Production, etc.)
3. Prepare product reports by collecting and analyzing product data base to confirm finished product capabilities.
4. Develope moving mechanism products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing or assembly method to support design work
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop, review professional publications and participating lesson learn activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in mechanical major, with good oral communication skills / 机械类专业专科学历，良好的口语沟通能力；
- Proficient in design software (3D PROE, Solidworks, and 2D AUTOCAD) / 熟练使用设计软件（3D软件Pro-E、SolidWorks、2D软件AutoCAD）
- More than 3 years of experience in designing non-standard equipment, with the ability to handle problems. Education requirements can be slightly relaxed. / 3年以上非标设备设计经验，有处理问题的能力，学历可以适当降低；
- Have a deep understanding of the main production process (dispensing, locking screws, labeling, image testing, etc.) and have done projects with similar requirements / 对主要生产工艺（点胶、锁紧螺丝、贴标、图像检测等）有深入了解，并做过类似要求的项目；
- Good understanding and communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and bear hardships, obey the arrangement of the company, accept business trips and overtime work arrangements / 良好的理解和沟通能力，具有抗压吃苦的工作能力，服从公司安排，接受出差和加班工作安排；
- Good at finding and dealing with problems, positive feedback, quick handling and solving problems / 善于发现和处理问题，积极反馈，快速处理和解决问题；
