Job Descriptions
• Monitor and support POS system and all IT assets of the head office and all stores
• Handle server and network system of the stores
• Install and solve problems related to the use of the company's programs
• Assist in-store employees of all departments
• Assist with various tasks assigned, such as finding venders to provide equipment or
programs.
• Handle related document
• Monitor system of CCTV, security
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology or related
- Minimum 2-3 in IT related from retails business
- Experience handling software and network system, CCTV, POS system
- Have knowledge about Server such as VM, Office 365, Windows OS
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Communicable level in English (Equivalent TOEIC 500)
