รายละเอียดงาน
- ทำสัญญาเปิดหน้าบัญชี /เจรจาต่อรองเนื้อหาสัญญา /เปิดหน้าบัญชีในระบบSap /ติดตามตรวจสอบชุดเอกสารจริง
-เปลี่ยนข้อมูลใน Vander / จัดทำเอกสารอนุมัติ
-จัดทำ Memo ผ่านระบบ
-ดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานอย่างละเอียด เป็นระบบ
-งานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเอกสาร ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Support Sale หรือธุรการดูแลข้อมูล 1-2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีกหรือซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี และ สามารถทำงานเอกสารได้ดี
- สามารถใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ ได้ (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sap)
- มีทักษะการใช้ Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Macro เป็นต้น)
