Job Descriptions
- Record transactions in accounting software
- Accounts Receivable / Bank reconciliation
- Cash and deposit management: Checking bank account deposits and withdrawals, petty cash management
- Check and process employee expense requests
- Organize and report monthly financial status to management
- Process employee payroll and social insurance premiums
- Payment of withholding tax, etc.
- Preparation of financial statements and tax
- Coordinate with accounting firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting field
- Experience of Account Receivable is a plus
- Basic level in English (able to handle document)
