Job Descriptions
- Body assembly process control following Engineering Control plan, Body standards and change management
- Production productivity and quality improvement support to meet production run rate
- In-process quality control management on Inspection, audit and offline testing& measuring as a standards
- Quality and assembly tools control and management to maintain Body quality standards
- Assembly materials and parts quality management and their issue solving
- Customer quality issue feedback tracking and improvement to meet KPI target requirement
- New model production Launch preparation from Tooling installation to smooth SOP phase
- Support plant quality and GWMS system implementation, audit in Body shop
- Support special assignment in Body shop activities as required on Cost, Time, Quality and Safety requirement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Engineer major.
- 2 year experience in manufacturing process engineer.
- Process control plan.
- Process FMEA and ISO9002/16949 Basic
- Basic automotive manufacturing.
- Understanding of Drawing 2D, 3D and GD&T
- Welding and Dimensional process and quality
