Job Descriptions
• Communicate with customers, transporters, confirm bookings, and liaise with relevant parties as directed by management.
• Coordinate with external parties such as transporters and agents.
• Prepare up-to-date reports.
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues and underlying causes as requested.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Attend meetings to present or evaluate performance, and undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Coordinate with customers to provide information and collaborate with Sales on various issues, including assisting in resolving immediate customer concerns.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Import OR Export from Freight Forwarding Company
- Possess experience in Pricing responsibilities (e.g.: Price Negotiation, Freight Price Preparation, Coordinate with: Ship liner, Shipping Agent, Airline , Courier, Transport company)
- Good Command in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good Command in English
