Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบรายงานการบันทึกข้อมูลในกระบวนการผลิต
2. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพในการผลิต Meat Protein
3. สุ่มตรวจจุดควบคุมคุณภาพอาหารในระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต
4. เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและรายงานปัญหาในแต่ละวันให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
5. ควบคุมพนักงานผลิตให้ปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
6. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 21 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรม / สาขาวิศวกรรมอาหาร / food science หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการผลิต ไส้กรอก แฮม เบคอน ลูกชิ้น อย่างน้อย 0-5 ปี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft office ได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร และมีทักษะในการประสานงาน
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีความรู้ด้าน GMP/HACCP/GHP หรือ ระบบ FSSC 22000
