Job Descriptions
1. Overseeing and organizing the sales team
2. Managing and developing the business plans to achieve the planned goals and coordinate with marketing department to create sales opportunities
3. Monitoring the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales targets, setting individual sales targets, and promote the continuous training of sales personnel
Qualifications
- Male/Female (Thai/Foreign)
- Age 30 years and above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Have experience in real estate sales and leadership roles
- Good command of English (Both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
- Able to drive a car and a valid driver license
- Able to work at Pattaya, Chonburi
